Hojicha power is finely ground roasted green tea. Green tea leaves are roasted at high temperatures after being steamed and dried. This gives it a naturally sweet and “roasted” flavor with nutty undertones and caramel notes. The flavour sometimes resembles coffee, tea or dark chocolate to various degrees.
